I am currently a stay-at-home Mom to three little girls - Miss H and Miss B and Miss M. I spend my days chasing after them and trying to make sure that they are happy and healthy. We are card carrying library frequenters, Kindermusik singers and dancers, sign language learners, and all around fun girls.
My husband, Mr. Rose, is my best friend and confidant. My favorite time of day (besides the good morning hugs from my girls) is laying in bed next to him at night laughing about the latest antics of girlies.
I consider myself a marketer by trade and I am a former Product Manager in the Juvenile Products Industry and a child safety enthusiast. Nothing riles me more than seeing a kid in a car riding around without a seatbelt, much less a car seat.
I consider myself semi-crunchy in that we try to eat organic food when we can, but not exclusively. I try to clean using as few toxic chemicals as possible, recycle what I can, and generally try to reduce our carbon footprint.
I am the mother of two preemies. Miss H was born at 32 weeks and spent 25 days in the NICU. While pregnant with Lil' B, I did everything I could to ensure a better outcome, but she was still born premature at 35 weeks and spent a week in the NICU. Both of those experiences taught me so much about who is in control....and it is not me. When Miss M came along in 2011 a mere two days before her due date, I learned firsthand that ALL things are possible through God.
These are the things that make me who I am and this blog what it is.
